Henry was born on October 13, 1914 and passed away on March 27, 2011 at the age of 96.

His body was donated to Case Western Reserve University for use in medical education. A memorial service was held at Belden United Methodist Church on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 2:30 P.M.
